The Leah & Ko Story
Owning a beach house that we get to share with you was our dream. My wife and myself are just normal day working people who always liked to go to the beach to get away. Then came Leah and Kohen who gave us the courage to turn our dream into reality. We took the biggest leap of our lives in hopes that one day, this house will be theirs to enjoy. My wife and I hope that you enjoy this house as much as we do.

We have went above and beyond to offer you the best experience possible.
- 4 Bed room, 3 Bathroom, with Kid's arcade room and a bonus kitchen.
- Golf Cart included as well as beach supplies (chairs, toys, coolers, etc.) grill, fishing equipment, and a kayak
- Access to 2 public pools (one heated), only a 2 minute walk down the boardwalk and path to the beach
- The village of Windmark is a quiet, golf cart community and there are restaurants, bars, and stores accessible via the golf cart from the house.
